Canopy glass is damaged above the Co-pilots storm window. See photo for details. Sun shield is included. Other than the glass this canopy is in great condition. If you're considering new glass for your DA40 this is the perfect candidate to have your Diamond dealer install new glass into to minimize your down time. You will have to re-use your latch mechanism.
Removed from a Diamond DA40-180 N562SA, S/N 40.493 TTAF 1515.0.
We will build a sturdy crate and properly package this canopy to minimize the possibility of damage during shipping. The average freight cost to ship a canopy from Ohio to most places in the continental U.S. is around $300.00.
It is the buyers responsibility to determine the parts suitability for installation and airworthiness upon inspection.
