Removed from parted-out 1946 Globe GC-1B Swift N101R, S/N 2125. Aircraft TT 2349.7. Selling as Cores due to corrosion.
These wings was inspected by one of our A&P mechanics and the following items were noted:
Paint Condition: Fair
Hail Damage: None
Dents: Few Minor
Leading Edge Condition: Good, few dents OTBD
Exterior Corrosion: Minor
Internal Corrosion: Light to Moderate throught out - see photos.
Left hand wing INBD Bottom skin rivets popped due to corrosion.
Right hand wing has a wrinkle at the tip. Only the skin appears to be damaged.
Parts that have been removed and are not included or available:
-Pitot Tube
Wings have not been gutted.
A log entry with total time and traceability is available at time of purchase if requested. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine the parts suitability for installation and airworthiness upon inspection.
