Piper PA-23-250 Aztec Southwind Heater Assembly 12 Volts. CORE. P/N 464-324, 940-DA12. Heater did not pass pressure decay test (3/14/2025). It was noted that it did not hold any pressure.

Unit was overhauled in 2005. 96.3 hours since Overhaul. Logbook entry about heater dated 3-17-05 says it was rebuilt by Haskins Heater Service, 2434-TT, parted out at 2530.3. This item was recently tested @ 14v and the electrical components were found to be in working condition. Removed from a parted out 1960 Piper PA-23-250 Aztec N4626P, S/N 27-144. TTAF 2,530.3.
